Who We Are

___Central Texas Collaborative Family Lawyers consists of independent, unaffiliated family law practitioners dedicated to promoting alternatives to traditional litigation, educating the public about the benefits of collaborative law, and providing a networking opportunity for independent lawyers dedicated to resolving divorce and other family law disputes in a non-combative, respectful environment. Rates charged by lawyers may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction and according to the experience of the lawyer. The organization does not provide free legal services and does not maintain a list of rates for individual attorneys.

___Our members practice in Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, and surrounding counties, serving the following cities: Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Lakeway, Leander, Lago Vista, Cedar Park, San Marcos, Buda, Kyle, and Dripping Springs. We are a diverse group of experienced family law attorneys that are trained in the Collaborative Law process. Our members, on the average, have more than 23 years experience and must be either board certified in family law or, if they are not board certified, devote a substantial portion of their practice to family law. All our member attorneys have been unanimously approved by their peers in this organization and have committed to upholding the principles underlying collaborative law as described on this site.
